Led by Crystal, this class combines mindful flows with gentle intensity to support strength, flexibility, and mental clarity. Whether you're just starting or returning to your mat, you'll leave feeling grounded and refreshed.
This is a free, donation-based class focused on accessibility and community. We appreciate all donation, but you're welcome to simply show up and move — no pressure, no expectations.
What to Bring:
- A yoga mat or borrow ones (limited supply)

- Comfortable clothes

Crystal is an adventurer at heart, with a passion for movement, wellness, and community. Whether leading a yoga class, scaling a climbing wall, or diving into dance and acroyoga, Crystal thrives on staying active and trying new things. Outside of DFW YAS, she’s actively involved in various organizations that enrich the community, fostering connections and promoting well-being.
