Let's take advantage of the lovely autumn weather and hit up a hiking location every Texan should experience at least once...Dinosaur Valley State Park!
It's a bit of a drive, but it is a gorgeous location with plenty of hiking trails and—depending on trail conditions for a given day—actual dinosaur footprints preserved in the park! Afterwards we’ll pick a local spot to enjoy some well-deserved food.
