Dungeon Master

Andrew is a registered Dungeon Master with the Adventurers Guild and has led countless campaigns through a variety of settings. Away from the table he writes, draws and makes music, and spends as much time as he can camping under the stars.

What the Arena is

The gods have deemed you the most powerful adventurers in the realms, and now they want to watch you fight. That is the whole premise, and the sessions are built around it: no story to protect, no reason to hold anything back.

These sessions are designed to kill you. Whether they succeed is up to you and whatever you brought to the table.

Rules and requirements

D&D 5th Edition (2014)

The 2014 rules, not the 2024 revision.

Feats allowed

Ability score improvements and feats both. Build what you like.

Character level 15

Come with a sheet built to these rules and ready to play.

Everything here is free to attend, and donations are what keep it that way. They cover the space, the supplies and the running costs, and they let us add new free programming rather than charging for it.

DFW Young & Social Club is a not-for-profit organization and not a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization. Donations to the community are not tax deductible.

Every adventure here can be run privately for your group, at a time that suits you. Bring friends, pick a story, and we handle the rest. We also build custom one-shots from scratch, and run ongoing campaigns for groups that want to keep going. Tell us roughly what you are after and we will come back with the detail.
